Returns & Refunds Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 30 days of making your purchase.

Once 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Any defects or errors caused by us or our vendor will result in a replacement at no charge. However, we do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of size, design, color, or incorrect input of personal information such as address, etc.

Please do not return an item without prior contact and consultation with us. Returned items are returned to our vendor and not directly to us. 

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Purchased item is defective or does not match the customer order. Evidence is to be provided by the customer in way of photo(s) or video(s)
  • Purchased item is defective, and where defect has not been caused by misuse, abuse, intentional or accidental damage by the customer
  • Purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that customer received item
  • Purchased items must be returned in original packaging.

The following reasons do not qualify as a valid return and/or refund:

  • Customer ordered the item in incorrect size
  • Customer has had a change of mind and not longer wants the item

Once the return has been sent, received and inspected, you will be notified by email that item has been received and whether you are eligible for a refund.

If the customer is eligible for a refund, then Minted will process a refund to the customer. 


If you are eligible for a return and/or refund, you can choose to exchange the damaged or defective purchased item for a replacement of the same item. If you would prefer an exchange for a replacement item please contact us at
